Armand Ducharme is an experienced Shop Manager, as well as a highly skilled Journeyman Automotive Technician with years of hands-on expertise. A proud local, and Powerview School graduate, Armand furthered his education at Red River College, earning his Red Seal certification as an Automotive Technician.

Armand joined St. Croix Cycle several years ago, bringing with him a strong foundation in mechanics. Hired by Ron, the previous owner, he quickly became a trusted team member. Under Ron’s guidance, Armand refined his skills and gained invaluable industry knowledge. His deep connection to the shop drives his commitment to preserving and building upon Ron’s legacy.

Recently, Armand was honored with the prestigious AIA Canada award, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the automotive industry. Known for his precision, leadership, and customer-first mindset, he remains a driving force behind St. Croix Cycle’s success.

Blaze Ducharme is a dedicated Administrative & Community Relations Manager and Marketing & Social Media Manager, with a passion for professional photography. A local and proud Powerview School graduate, Blaze brings a background in business and community relations to her role. Having known the previous owner, Ron, and the St. Croix family before Ron's ownership since she was a very young child, she shares a deep-rooted connection to St. Croix Cycle.

Ashleigh Nault is a Senior Service Advisor with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With several years of experience in the service industry and a background as a Service Advisor & Lube Tech in Alberta, Ashleigh combines hands-on technical expertise with a customer-centric approach. In her role, Ashleigh manages everything from scheduling appointments to providing detailed cost estimates and updates, serving as the key point of contact between customers and technicians. With a sharp sense of direction and excellent timing, he ensures every part gets where it needs to be—fast. His friendly demeanor and reliability make him a favorite among the team. Landen Bjarnason-Guimond is a high school student with a passion for the automotive world. His natural talent for mechanics is evident in everything he does, and his dedication to developing his skills shows that he’s on the right track for a successful career in the automotive industry. By actively gaining hands-on experience, Landen is shaping his future as an automotive technician.
