Scheduling an appointment is easy! You can call us directly at our shop, come in and see us, or send an email with your service requirements. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm a time that works for you.

What is the typical turnaround time for a service?
Turnaround times vary depending on the service needed. Routine maintenance might take a few hours, while major repairs or specialized projects can take longer. When you book your service, we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work. Warranties vary by service and product, so please ask our staff for specific warranty information related to your service or product purchase. We want you to have peace of mind knowing your vehicle or powersport is in good hands.

Do you take trade-ins or sell used items?

No, we do not take trade-ins or sell used items.

Do you sell parts and accessories?
Yes, we offer a selection of parts and accessories for automotive, ATV, and powersports needs. This includes tires, Interstate Batteries, Powersports gear, and a variety of merchandise. We also have a large collection of new old stock Honda parts for various vintage Honda machines. Whether you need a replacement part or want to customize your ride, we’ve got the right products for you.

Do you offer any financing options?
Yes, for Honda Powersports/Equipment. We offer financing options to make it easier for you to get the machine you need. Ask our staff for more details and we’ll help you find a solution that works within your budget.

Can I get a quote before scheduling a service?
Absolutely! We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Simply contact us with your service needs, and we’ll give you a detailed estimate. This helps you make informed decisions and plan accordingly.

Do you have any seasonal promotions or discounts?
We occasionally run seasonal promotions or offer discounts on services and products. Be sure to check our website, Facebook page, or ask our team about any current offers, and follow us on social media (we have Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok) to stay updated on special deals!

Do you require a deposit?

No, we do not take deposits on standard service work or repairs. Payment is required upon completion of the repairs.

However, there are two exceptions:

-Parts Orders: Honda parts must be paid in full upfront, unless our shop is doing the installation.

-New Unit Sales: We will take a deposit to hold/secure your purchase of a new unit.

Can I return parts if I don't end up needing them?

No returns are accepted on special-order parts or non-inventory items. If we have to specially order a part in just for you that we do not normally stock on our shelves, it cannot be returned. All returnable items are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Please double-check your needs before ordering!

Can I return a helmet or goggles if it doesn't fit, I don't like it or I change my mind?

No, we do not accept returns on helmets or goggles. For safety, hygiene, and liability reasons, all helmet and goggles sales are final. Please make sure to check sizing and fit carefully before purchasing!

Do you service or repair bicycles?

While the "Cycle" in our name comes from our early roots back in 1960's when the primary focus was selling and servicing motorcycles, our operations today strictly focus on automotive vehicles, tires, red seal auto service, and Honda powersports & equipment.

What types of batteries do you stock?

We are an authorized Interstate Batteries dealer, stocking reliable replacement batteries for automotive, powersports, and equipment applications.

What brands of tires do you carry?

As a Tirecraft location, we supply and install a full range of tires for cars, trucks, and SUVs, along with seasonal tire changes, balancing, and flat repairs.

Can I supply my own parts for you to install?

Generally, no. We prefer to source the proper components ourselves because customer-supplied parts are unfortunately incorrect most of the time, which leads to delays, extra hassle, and additional downtime for your vehicle or equipment. Us sourcing the parts directly ensures quality, correct fitment, and compatibility from the start.

If I bring in a machine that I started taking apart or tried to fix myself, will you work on it?

We prefer that machines are brought in intact. If you attempt a DIY repair and bring it to us in pieces, please understand that diagnosis becomes much more difficult. We charge for our shop's diagnostic time to figure out what was done, sort out the loose components, and determine what is actually needed to make the machine run properly.

What happens if I decline a portion of the recommended repairs or parts?

At the end of the day, we do whatever work you approve! However, please understand that we make our recommendations for a reason. If we diagnose an issue and determine that multiple parts or steps are needed to fix it properly, but you choose to decline a portion of that work, we cannot guarantee the machine will run or function correctly. Skipping necessary components usually means the underlying problem remains, and the machine may still have performance issues or stay non-operational when it leaves the shop.

Do you charge a "diagnostic fee" to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle/machine?

Yes. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues takes time, specialized tools, and technical expertise. Any diagnostic time required to pinpoint a problem is a separate service charge, which we communicate and discuss with you before diving into deeper repairs.

What happens if you find additional issues while working on my vehicle or machine?

If we uncover extra problems or unexpected damage while working on your unit, we will contact you with an explanation and an estimate before doing any extra work. We never perform surprise repairs or add unauthorized charges to your bill—your approval always comes first.

What happens if my vehicle or equipment is left here for a long period of time without communication, payment, or pickup?

Communication is key! If a unit is left abandoned, storage fees continue to accumulate, and after a certain period of non-payment, lack of authorization, or failure to pick up your property, we reserve the right to take legal steps under applicable garage keeper or lien acts to recover costs and clear our shop space.

Do you offer estimates or quotes before starting work?

Yes, we are happy to provide estimates. However, keep in mind that initial quotes are often based on external symptoms or initial inspection; if we discover hidden damage or deeper internal issues once we get the machine apart, the actual scope of work may change. We will always contact you for approval before proceeding with anything outside the initial quote.

What if I need to cancel a special-order parts request?

Because special-order parts and non-inventory items cannot be returned once ordered, cancellations are generally not accepted once the order has been placed with our suppliers. Please be certain of what you need before placing a special order!

Do you offer payment plans or financing for repairs?

Payment is due in full upon completion of the work when you pick up your vehicle or equipment. We do not offer in-house payment plans or financing for repair bills, so please be prepared to settle your account upon pickup.

Can I hang out in the shop while my vehicle or equipment is being serviced?

For safety, insurance, and efficiency reasons, customers are not permitted in the active shop bays while technicians are working. You are always welcome to wait in our designated customer waiting area or drop off your unit and head out until it's ready.

Do you charge extra if my machine is filthy or covered in mud?

Yes, we may apply a cleaning or washing fee if a vehicle, ATV, or side-by-side is brought in excessively caked in mud, dirt, or debris. Heavy buildup makes it difficult and unsafe to work on components. To avoid this, please spray off your machine before bringing it in for service.

Do you provide loaner vehicles or courtesy rides while my unit is being repaired?

No, we do not provide loaner vehicles, ATVs, or courtesy shuttle rides. Customers are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the shop when dropping off or picking up their equipment.

Can you quote me an exact price over the phone or via Facebook message without looking at the machine?

We can provide very rough estimates or general ranges for standard maintenance items over the phone or online, but we cannot give firm, accurate quotes for diagnosis or repairs without actually seeing and inspecting the machine in person. Every unit is different!

Do you charge a shop supplies fee on invoices?

Yes, a standard shop supplies fee is added to repair and service invoices to cover everyday shop consumables used during the job, such as shop rags, cleaners, minor hardware, lubricants, and basic shop supplies.

Note: Batteries are also subject to a core charge if the old battery is not exchanged with the new battery purchase.

What happens if a repair takes longer than expected or parts are backordered?

While we always strive to complete work as quickly as possible, supply chain delays, backordered parts, or unexpected complications during a teardown can occasionally extend turnaround times. We will keep you updated if your repair takes longer than anticipated, but please note that we cannot be held liable for delays caused by external suppliers or shipping carriers.

Do you charge storage fees if my machine is waiting on backordered parts?

No, storage fees do not apply while your machine is actively waiting here for parts that we have ordered for an authorized repair. Storage fees only kick in once the repair is fully completed and waiting for pickup, or if a unit is sitting here un-authorized or abandoned.

What if I decide to cancel a repair after diagnostics have already been performed?

If you choose to cancel the repair after we have already spent time diagnosing the issue, you will still be responsible for paying the diagnostic labor charge for the time and expertise invested in pinpointing the problem.

Do you service commercial fleets or business accounts?

Yes, we work with local businesses and accounts that rely on automotive and powersports equipment. If you manage a fleet or require regular commercial maintenance, give us a call to discuss how we can help keep your work vehicles and machines running smoothly.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer $100 gift certificates that can be put toward parts, accessories, or service work at the shop.

Do you sell used vehicles, machines, or parts?

No, we do not sell any used items.

Who should I contact if I have questions about an active repair or a bill?

You can reach us directly during our regular business hours at the shop (204-367-2219) We are always happy to walk you through your invoice, explain the work performed, or provide updates on your machine/vehicle. If you would like to speak to an owner directly, please call and ask to speak with Armand.

Do you offer any towing or pickup services if my vehicle won't start?

No, we do not operate an in-house towing or vehicle recovery service. If your machine is stranded on the road or trail, you will need to coordinate local towing or hauling to get it safely delivered to our shop doors.

Do you service or inspect vehicles for safety certifications (Safety Inspections)?

Yes, we are a certified MPI inspection station equipped to perform official vehicle safety inspections for cars, light trucks, and motorcycles up to 8,900 kg.
